On August 10, 2023, an online IP seminar organized by the CIPSA (Capital IP Protection Services Association, 首都知识产权服务业协会) and in cooperation with the Innotrack Intellectual Property Law Firm, was provided for Chinese agents and companies.

Our attorney, Ms. Miki Tomii, Head of Trademark/Law Div., served as a speaker on the subject “Japanese trademark filing procedure and strategy from the perspective of differences between the Chinese and Japanese trademark systems” in English.

There were 53 participants at the seminar, and it also included a Q&A session.
