We appreciate your warm concern regarding the coronavirus situation.  Fortunately, we are pleased to inform you that our staff members at Fukami Patent Office are safe and we have been able to continue our operations normally in our offices in Osaka, Tokyo, and Nagoya.  We would like to express our deepest sympathy to those suffering the effects of the COVID-19 virus, and hope that things will settle down soon.

Please be informed that due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, our firm will take the following measures below to prevent spread and infection.

Face masks: Our staff members may wear face masks during meetings. 

Web conference systems: If teleconference is preferred as an alternative to avoid face-to-face meetings, please contact us.  We are able to arrange the meetings via various web conference systems.

Staggered commuting: We have introduced staggered working hours to our staff members to avoid rush hours, to reduce infectious risk.

Cancellation or postponement of our events and seminars: We have reviewed all our organized events and seminars and have decided to cancel or postpone events and seminars for the time being.  We will make further announcements after the dates of postponed events and seminars are decided.
