In Washington, D.C. on September 20, 2018, President Yoshitake Kihara and patent attorney Mr. Tomohiro Takahashi made a courtesy visit to Mr. Randall Ray Rader, a former chief judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) and exchanged opinions on issues including the latest situations of intellectual property rights in Japan and US.  Mr. Rader participates as a Chair in the International Arbitration Center in Tokyo (IACT) opened on September, 2018.  As to the IACT, see https://www.iactokyo.com/.
